Professor Alex Moss

Alex Moss who has spent over 30 years specialising in the real estate sector globally, encompassing award winning sell side research (with Palmore Gordon, Hoare Govett, and BZW), corporate broking (with BZW, later CSFB), private equity (with Apax Partners Capital) and fund management (advising M&G, Investec, and Rego Partners).  He first formed his own company (AME Capital) in 2002, where he developed two proprietary database and analytical tools. In 2012 on leaving Macquarie, he formed Consilia Capital and embarked on a parallel academic career.

He is currently Director of the Real Estate Centre at Bayes Business School, and Course Director for MSc Real Estate course. Additional responsibilities include being a Visting Lecturer at the University of Cambridge, and at University College London. He is Chairman of the EPRA Research Committee, a member of the EPRA Advisory Board, a Member of the Advisory Board for the Journal of European Real Estate Research, and was an External Examiner for the MSt in Real Estate at the University of Cambridge.
